Take your imagination for a ride to design an appealing poster.

A picture is worth a thousand words but a poster is worth more than that... design an audacious, unconventional IEEE poster and showcase your creativity to the world.!

How to participate?

All posters are to be submitted by email to poster@ieeegenios.org , along with your name, email id, membership ID, phone number. (Information provided will be used for administrative purposes only).

Submissions only on the day of the event will be accepted.
The file must be submitted in jpg format. Designs may use any form of photography, illustration, collage or typography.

Each entrant assumes responsibility of content of all posters submitted. Each entrant must submit original works. Only one poster from a participant can be taken into account.

Who can participate?

The competition is open for all IEEE members.

How will my poster be judged?

Selection Process

The organisers will appoint a fair and impartial judging panel to judge the posters and select winners. The decision of the panel is final. No discussion will be entered into. Announcement Names of the winners will be announced on October 9, 2012.

What else I should know?

The theme for posters to be designed would be posted on our website on the day of the event. The event is open only on October 2, 2012. Entries submitted after October 2, 2012 would not be accepted. Participation in this contest is automatically deemed as acceptance of the rules.
